Spotted Dove (Streptopelia chinensis)

One of the few rather common birds in the countryside of North-Eastern China. Can also be found in almost any temple or park area in towns.

We have a largish population of them here in Australia, they were introduced in the 1800s but now are believed to threaten the native birds.
