Translucent! (Colias crocea)

A backlight job from last summer when I was happy girl enjoying the warm weather and the flying beauties not the miserable soul always enclosed with too many work duties to have free time that I'm at present! :-C

I thought I should upload something before February ends! ;) Hope you all are well and happy!!! o:) I miss BF and its people badly!!!

Great that back light is stunning in this shot, almost gives a see through effect. Super shot.

A marvelous post of a gorgeous butterfly. Fantastic focus, detail, lighting, dof, and background. I love the lighting on the wings, its like shear fabric. Superb job!!!
 
We missed you too, Marian. A Sunny shot to brighten up the days, and the Sun has been brought over here too, despite a -6 degree C.
 
Don't despair, mi amiga - spring is on it's way. This is a beautiful reminder of warmer days past (and ahead).

Warm days of leisure,that's what we want,Marian. A soft breeze to caress our cheeks and Butterflies flittering and fluttering in sunlit meadows,birds singing in the trees and us enjoying the scene with an icy cold drink in hand. ;); Great summer feel and don't work too much. Life is short.
