SAw this lovely duck fly into Martin Mere. What is it though?

I reckon Red crested Pochard hybrid, I may be wrong, but nice spot.
 
Both wrong ,.It is a Bahama Pintail(Anas Bahamensis)or White-cheeked Pintail is its other name.not sure if it's male or female as both pretty similar and I'm not used to seeing them and can't really blame the other guesses as it ain't a comon sight.
The chances of it being a wild bird are practically nil,except in the escape sense of wild.
It is ,however,a lovely photo of a lovely duck
