Characteristics
It measures between 21 and 22 centimeters in length and weighs between 48 and 64 grams.
The head is large in relation to the body, with black and brownish gray tones making a strong contrast to the white areas around the eye and beak, which are reddish in color. The white collar on the back of the neck connects to the light gray tone of the lower parts, in contrast with the brownish back. The tail is long and thin, with a series of thin darker stripes.
