Happy Thanksgiving! White Ibis (Eudocimus albus) adult.
Habitat
Walking through Torpedo Grass (Panicum repens: Poaceae) along the edge of Shoveler pond (leveed fresh water marsh) surrounded by coastal prairie and marshes at ca. 1 m (3.3) ft elevation.
Location
Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge, southwest of Winnie, Chambers County, Texas, USA.
