Grasshopper Warbler? Bowland Lancashire (1 Viewer)

Yes, agree with you and Daniel : Its a Grasshopper Warbler, please note against most similar Sedge Warbler:
  • distinct black streaks, appearing as dots. They would be more washed (faint, not distinct and contrasting in Sedge) and longer streaks
  • just visible yellowish wash to breast and underparts (more cream on most Sedge, if present at all)
  • distinct spots to rear underparts
  • lack of an distinct supercilium

Thank you for the detailed reply. I had a Sedge warbler at the same place today. Migration is underway it seems.
