I wish I could summon up the courage to do that - my list would be a lot bigger. But, no, all my ticks have come from prearranged meetings or finding out subsequently from posts on here that someone I spoke to is a BF member. In my opinion, it should be mandatory for the benefit of my list that all BF members wear BF sweatshirts with "BF member" emblazoned in neon letters 12" high (except me, of course. I would have a special exemption on the grounds of good taste) ;)

I'd need exemption too 12" high would dwarf me!:-O

Dipped valley boy on Wednesday. He had to go to North Wales, but left some valuable directions with Cudyll Bach (whom I was staying with, in South Wales) as to the location of Nightjars, and a Lesser Whitethroat ;). Ta

Steve Lister introduced me to George Gregory yesterday at Gibraltar point. He is a member but Steve gave me what he thought was his user name but it isn't what he thought. Does anyone know his user name? he has been spending the winter in Kuwait then the summer over here and he is a volunteer warden at Gib Point. Anyway he will be my 121st when I find out his proper user name.
