    Exactly Paul, or you could just look at specimens - oh wait, they're no good any more, or you could just trawl the internet for photos but you can't always tell when and where they were taken and even what they are! Alternatively you could cherry pick photos and see what "experts" make of them...

    Hi Rob, Thanks for that, they certainly seem pretty obvious but I just wanted to make sure there aren't any other similar species which I had overlooked. Until the end of 2010 there were 4 records of trifasciata and just 2 of cupressella in Dorset though I would imagine there's been plenty more...
