- C. p. borealis:
- Costa Rica and western Panama (western Chiriquí and Bocas del Toro)
- C. p. olivaceus:
- Central and eastern Panama (Veraguas to eastern Darién)
- C. p. tachirensis:
- C. p. pusillus:
- C. p. guapiensis:
- Coastal lowlands of south-western Colombia (Cauca)
Habitat
Humid forests and montanes.
Behaviour
Diet
Their diet consists mainly of insects.
