Genus: Loboparadisea
Description
This genus contains just one species, the Yellow-breasted Satinbird (or Yellow-breasted Bird-of-paradise) from New Guinea.
Uniquely for it's family, the female is slightly larger than the male.
Like the other Satinbirds it has rather small, weak feet and a weak bill which obligates it to a frugivorous diet.
Taxonomy
Loboparadisea is a genus in the family Cnemophilidae.
It was formerly placed within the Birds-of-paradise but new studies have shown it to be closer to the Bowerbirds and quite distant to the Birds-of-paradise.
