Genus: Morococcyx
Description
This genus contains only one species, the Lesser Ground Cuckoo from Central America.
It forages mainly on the ground and, like most Cuckoos, is not a brood parasite.
Taxonomy
Morococcyx is a monotypic genus in the family Cuculidae.
