I don't believe so ! Despite E-petitions and repeated postings by concerned parties the situation remains dormant with persecution of raptors continuing and no real indication of an acceptance for change by the shooting fraternity. Surely a major campaign could be started with the intention of communicating to Govt. that a majority of people "out there" are unhappy with the situation.
I wrote a piece on my own Blog ( https://www.birdingodyssey.blogspot.com/ ) yesterday suggesting RSPB needs to assume a far more prominent position than in recent times.
This is an issue that we must not allow to go stale.
