    A lovely looking lizard I stumbled upon while in Italy. My wild guess would be a Sand Lizard? not really an expert on reptiles.

    Mostly House Sparrows in the main tree, but contsted by Goldfinches sometimes. Go Goldfinches!

    Theres something thats been bugging me... do Collared Doves usually make a screeching sound when they are either in mid flight or landing, Ive been hearing them do it a lot and was wondering if they normally do that?

    Well I had Feral Pigeon, Black Headed Gull and Mallard and I thought i saw some White swans in the distance but maybe not. I never got Coot and Herring Gull though, thought they were all Black Headed.

    Well i wasnt exactly birding today but i went into town and saw a Pied Wagtail, I had'nt seen one for a long time. So that was a treat compared to the dozens of Feral Pigeons we usually get flapping around! |=)|

    New to this forum-First Birding day out

    Hi everyone i went birdwatching today to test out my new Binoculars. I went to a local reservoir and saw some Canada Geese, some Black headed gulls and this mysterious bird which i thought was a Cormorant just by the way it spread its wings on top of a buoy.Wish i had taken my camera now. Anyway...
