    Green or Amazon Kingfisher ?

    Namibia: ID of two grasshoppers

    Hi Here are two photos of what I suppose to be grasshoppers in the southern namib desert. Can anyone id these insects ? The first has a length of about 2cm and is perfectly camouflaged among the stones. The second was sitting on the wall of a house with a body length of about 5-6cm.

    Bohemian Waxwing in Switzerland
