18mp does seem mental for aps-c, but the specs are saying "dual digic 4 processor" does the 50d have this, or is this something new, my thinking is 2 processors should do a really good job of keeping noise down? -

IF that is correct, then they must have an amazing processing engine under that hull! About £1700, lets hope they weather seal it considerably too... Ah well not long to go to find out -

Was at the birdfair yesterday, talking to one of the canon reps about slrs, and i brought up this, "i know canon are in the throws of releasing new slrs, I love reading the rumours about the 60d and 7d" I had a reply of, "yes, it would be interesting to see which one comes first"!!!!! So was... -

really interested in the g11 and s90, i like the sound of them both, i wonder if either are going to be usable for digiscoping, As you have all said finally a cut down on the megapixels on these 2 new ones, even more pennies to be saved! -

the 7d is rumoured to be full frame.?? Looking at denton images apparently, the 50d is due for replacement, i was told the other day that the 40d is no longer produced. To me a i think or rather predict 1dsmk4 1dmk4 a replacement for the 50d, but not with an xxd denomination The new macro lenses...
