Good route to walk around Otmoor (1 Viewer)

I've only been to Otmoor once and having just since this map:

http://www.oos.org.uk/Sites/Otmoor/

I can't believe the extent of the place. I only walked along the south edge of "The RSPB field" and then up to the screen overlooking "Phase 2 Reedbed", and though that was pretty much the extent of the place.

Seeing as the north edge of "The Flood" and the "Pill Grounds" are good places for birds, according to the web page, can anyone tell me a good route to encompass these as well as the reed beds? The footpath to the reed beds isn't shown on this map so I am unaware if it continues north to the footpath that runs along the top of the flood?

I would be grateful for an estimate of the time it takes you to walk the route you describe.

Thanks!
