Hi
Could it be hybrid: Tuffed duck x Ring-necked duck ? Or some other hybrid.
White band too bright for Tuffed duck - or am I wrong?
Please help !

I agree with Nutckacker. The tuft can be surbrisingly difficult to see and the contrasty bill pattern is still within the range of Tufted, so there is no sign of this being a hybrid.
