St Ives, England, small bird - Please ID. (1 Viewer)

I managed to quickly snap this 'sparrow sized' bird when in St Ives, Cornwall (UK) this weekend. Can anyone help me ID it please.

The 2 strongish points I noticed were the 'light' eyebrown streak and the very flecked chest.

Any help appreciated.

I'll go with Rock Pipit too - quite a common, and delightful, bird at the coast up here in Northumberland.
