No.4 is a Red-winged starling(Onychognathus morio).Here's a pic to look at http://www.birdforum.net/pp_gallery/showphoto.php/photo/54233/sort/1/cat/500/page/1
Was the picture taken in South Africa along with your other S.A.photos?If it was then you can rule out Somali Starling,not found that far South.

Title of pic 4 says Table Mount, so clearly red-winged starling.
