Mexico flycatcher ID help please (1 Viewer)

While reviewing photos taken in Banderas Valley, Mexico in Sept 2010,
found this flycatcher not yet IDed. This is the only pic taken. The bill
is Contopus/Empidonax type. The brest is lightly striped.
Many thanks to all who can comment on the probable ID.

Thanks a lot. Here's another one from Costa Rica, Sept 2015.
It was shot by my wife and not in perfect focus.
Don't even know if it's a flycatcher or warbler.
Kindly take a look and enlighten please.
