Greetings everyone!
I wouldn't even call myself an amateur birder but my partner is pretty serious. She is up to 900 birds on her bird list and we are taking a trip to the USA (we live in Spain) and I would love to help her get over 1000!
We will be in North Carolina in October and November, mainly around Raleigh and perhaps up around Ashville. I am wondering if there are any migrations or hot spots for birding in either of these areas (driving is not an obstacle!)
I appreciate any tips, I would love to surprise her with a birding trip!
