Odd Chipping Sparrow - Hybrid? Maryland USA

Location: Southern Anne Arundel Co MD
Date: April 13/14

This clearly Id'd for me as a Chipping Sparrow. However it seemed to have a White eye ring that disrupted the black eye line normally present on a Chippy. Is it a hybrid with a Field Sparrow? It was hanging out with normal plumage Chipping Sparrows. Love to hear your thoughts.

Partial luecistic? Maybe. Looks lighter than normal.

Some of the photos here https://www.sdakotabirds.com/species...arrow_info.htm show a fairly similar Chipping Sparrow.

I don't think so, I think it has some infection or infestation affecting the feathers around the eye?
