New England Whales & ? ID (1 Viewer)

Sorting through my photographs I would just like to confirm (or otherwise) that -
1= Humpback Whale
2= Finback Whale
3 .... It was reported that a Blue Shark was visible as I grabbed this quick shot, although I've previously posted the image I'm still looking for any feedback concerning the ID of this one although I appreciate it's not the clearest of photographs to identify.

Any help or feedback very much appreciated - Thanks
