Looks like a Chiffchaff to me!
Given that the photo was taken in Spain I suppose Iberian Chiffchaff is a contender, but it doesn't 'look right'. Iberian is normally greener above and yellower about the throat and under tail than this one - a bit like a wood warbler - now if only I could hear it call!!

Spot on,its a Chiffy,and it didn't call as it left the hand!!

Iberians have usually all passed through by end of sept;but there could always be the odd straggler to catch you off guard!!
