Is it possible to say which species this is, from Boca Tapada in March? My best guess is Roadside Hawk. Sorry for the poor image quality.

Thank you! I try one more poor raptor image from the trip. This one from Tarcoles on the Pacific Coast. Is this a Swainson's hawk?
