Apologies, but I have yet another unidentified bird from Arenal Hanging Bridges, Costa Rica. I believe it's one of the birds in the title but unsure which. My current references are a couple of books by Steve Bird and Richard Garrigues, which are superb but only contain the most likely seen birds (hence the apology for keep posting ID questions).

Anyway, here's the little fella puzzling me.
