ID on Fly and Casing (1 Viewer)

I'd on this fly please (Saint Marks?)and what came out of this casing found on bank of stream at Bollihope in Weardale. The 'exuviae is approx 3cm in length.

Exuviae is a Stonefly managed to work it out for myself.

The fly is Epmis tesselata - Empidae
