Saw this today at Lavells lake in Berkshire. Not sure of the ID though.
Is it a Hairy?
Sorry aboot side view, wouldn't focus lock and had to manual focus with a 400mm.

Yes, it's a hairy. At this time of year it's a pretty safe bet that any hawker-type dragon is going to be a hairy, as they emerge so much earlier than the others.
