Any locals who haven't been here yet it's definitely worth a look see, especially if you're into ducks as i am myself.

In the year or so i've been going out there i've come across...

Egrets,
Snowy and great whites

Pelicans,
White

Herons,
Great blue and night-crowned

Ducks,
Mallard
Gadwal
Green-Winged Teal
Northern Shoveler
Canvasback
Cinnamon Teal
Ruddy
Widgeon

Sparrows,
White crowned
Yellow crowned
Song

Assorted shore birds,
Plovers
Avocet
Seagulls
Pipers

Raptors,
Hawks
White-Tailed Kite
Falcons

Other birds i have come across in my time out there,
Western Scrubjay
Northern Mockingbird
Crows
Hummingbirds
Towhees
Red-Winged blackbirds
Swifts

I have more than a few pics on my Flickr from this place. I easily shoot 300 to 400 shots per outing and always wish i stayed longer.

Just figure i'd give this location a shoutout for anyone interested |:D|
