While looking at hummingbirds on the veranda of the Hotel Minca last December I saw this beauty at their fruit feeder. I figured it was a Tanager of some sort but could not ID it. Searched the rest of the field guide but still came up blank. Hope somebody can help me from the pretty bad picture my wife managed to take before it flew off.
