Before i go again i'd like to get a translation of Dutch - English (or English -Dutch ) bird names.

Anyone know where i can get one from ?

Hi Carlos,

The old Peterson, Mountfort & Hollom field guide has them in (also German, French & Swedish - always struck me as an odd set of languages to give, why not Spanish, etc)

I know their rarities reports and taxonomic stuff uses the Dutch and English

Yes Tim, i found often they use either Dutch & Latin or English & Latin and i got a bit bogged down in a 3 way translation, but the link from Tony is a really good one. All sorts of other good stuff on there as well. Thanks Tony

Also, Avibase has an option to show the names in a number of languages. The above link is English / Dutch. Great website.
