Can anyone give me info on Glasdrum wood, loch creran, strathclyde please.

I would like to for the chequered skippers.

How is the landscape up there and the roads.

Thanks Wildman.

Hi Wildman

I've just come back from there last week. It was pouring with rain so I didn't go for the intended walk.

The nature reserve is on the North side of the loch and well signed. The road to it is very quiet now that the bridge is in place, but is a 2 lane road.

Good luck with finding the Chequered Skippers - I think it was a bit cold for them last week but they may be around now.
