Loch of Blairs, Moray, Scotland, Small brown diving duck? (1 Viewer)

I spotted this Bird on the 13th July 23 at loch of blairs, moray, scotland. When I've photo ID'd it it came up with nothing i think its likely to be a grebe but not sure what type. It was just over half the size of a mallard and the main reason i spotted it on the opposite side of the loch was it flew/skimmed across the water out of the reeds. Any help on ID would be greatly appreciated.
