Please help identify Pennsylvania bird (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I posted here a few months back, with a recording of me imitating the bird call (poorly) and now I am back with an actual recording. This bird arrives here in Early April and stays until very early fall. I think it pretty much stays in the wooded areas up in the trees. This call has been haunting me and I have listened to hundreds of bird calls and cannot figure this guy out, please help!

My first impression is an Eastern Towhee but that little bit at the end is a bit confusing. However, they do have quite a varied repertoire so perhaps that's a local or individual quirk.

Eastern Towhee would be my first guess as well...."Drink your teaaaaaa" lol (I love the words to bird songs) :)

But it does have a distinct area dialect.
