Here's a couple I've installed recently:.
Tripod (free). Measures camera shake & releases shutter at optimum moment..
HDR pro ($1.99). Creates exposure sandwich to tame contrast
I've only had these apps for a short time, but they seem to work well & are fun to play with.
The iphone4 is the first camera phone I've ever owned & I continue to be amazed at the quality of results.
