What can I use to make joints stronger? (1 Viewer)

I got a new bird feeding station. I want to make the joints stronger. What kind of tape or clamp can I use? Tapes are toxic. I would only use if it's waterproof and non-toxic
Any good clamps that can use specifically for this. The diameter of the pole is 4/5 of an inch.
