First one unfortunately wouldn't allow me to shoot him/her from any other position than directly below ... blackcap, possibly?

Second one ... willow warbler?

Hard to say from that angle, I'd probably go for willow warbler due to long supercilium and longish wings. COULD be a chiffchaff though. Definitely not a blackcap.
