Just received my repaired FL 8x32 (replaced ocular) from Carl Zeiss Ltd left with Gary H at Birdfair. (The delay was at my request due to a holiday absence). It is like the return of a long lost friend!

I have also received two brand new Victory 8x20s (one is my wife's), shipped from Germany, to replace the originals which were out of collimation.

All of this was free of charge. Excellent service as always - thanks Gary & Zeiss.

It's always nice to hear when companies treat their customers well, thanks for sharing! For me, and I'm sure for others, a company's customer service reputation is a big factor on which products I end up buying.
