3 degrees C to cold for Goshawk display? (1 Viewer)

Thinking of going to New Fancy view, Forest of Dean tomorrow, just wondered with the max weather forecast showing partly sunny 3C, & breezy, is that just too cold for Gos to get up?

I love going here once a year, just wondered if experts have any thoughts?

Dont know about the experts, but.....

temperature has no impact on their breeding cycle so if it is sunny then there is every chance if they are present

The answer - too flippin cold for birders totally wrapped up, never mind the Goshawks.

Spent 3 hours there this morning, had one distant pair display for about ten minutes, plus usual Ravens, Buzzards, Sparrowhawk.

Wait til it warms up a bit - very unpleasant there today.
