7x42 FL Eye Cup (1 Viewer)

Hi all...for the second time since I bought my 7x42 FL's back in 2008, one of the eye cups has become really tight when trying to adjust it and to the point of when you turn it the eye cup starts to unscrew from the housing, so is it possible to obtain one without sending the FL's back to Zeiss?

Also, with the FL's being out of warranty ( I think they were only covered for 10 years in the UK and not a lifetime like other parts of the world ) would it be expensive if I had to send them back to Zeiss to get the eye cup replaced?

Thanks

Andy...

I had lost an eyecup on my 7x50 classic recently and Zeiss kindly sent me the spare part immediately.
Free of charge. Great service.
