we had reserved and made deposits for a stay at their Canopy camp as well as lodge, for a total of 10 days. The conditions we were aware considered the deposit lost if canceled.
Well, we experienced a hurricane, and as a result my employers had to reschedule when I could take my time off. After an email explaining that, Canopy has promised to keep the money for the next 12 month so we can use that as deposit on a rescheduled trip.
