Seen on Febuary 1st 2023 in Park Alameda Central, Mexico-City. I think it's a Cooper's Hawk because of the thick legs?

. . . specifically, outermost tail-feathers substantially shorter than others. Also, pale sides to hindneck. Leg-thickness needs to be used so carefully that it's the least-useful of the standard ID features.
