Hello there and a warm welcome to you from those of us on staff here at BirdForum.

Someone more familiar with the birds in your area should be along soon to answer your I.D. query.

Almerico,
I'm afraid I dissent from KC. In W Mexico we have three pretty similar possibles. Myiozetetes similis hesperis (which this is definitely not - black on the head is different); Megarynchus pitangua caniceps and; Pitangus sulphuratus derbianus (Great Kiskadee). My take is that it is this latter. The birds in the photos just don't have the enormous (for a Tyrannid) beak that it should for the Megarynchus.

I am sure that they are right. I was taking a shot in the dark here but not being familiar with the birds in your area, it wasn't a very good shot ;)

Looks like Great Kiskadee Pitangus sulphuratus - Page 280, Field Guide to Birds of North America, National Geographic Society (Second Edition)

Best wishes,
Dave Kennedy
