Bird ID help needed: Almost regular 5 times per second "chirp" at night (1 Viewer)

Hello!

I've this sound at night in the autumn near my apartment building. It's quite high pitched but audible and the repetition rate it about 5 times a second, but not exactly, it varies somewhat (I've measured it in Audacity).
I wonder what bird it could be?
Or is it a bat? But then bats are typically not audible.
I've attached the recording in normal speed and then a portion of the same recording slowed down 5 times.

Thanks,
Aleksey

Hi Aleksey and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. I've moved your post to the ID forum, as it is more likely to be seen by those able to help you.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.

Thanks!
I'll do more research online. The bat sounds that I listened to online so far are all at more irregular intervals than this one.
I even thought it was some artificial periodic thing like a motor.
But it's not completely regular and I've heard it in several different spots, not just near my building. And it does appear to move around.

Purported Pipistrellus sp. from Xeno-canto. No experience with bats here, but it sounds similar. The gaps between the calls are shorter in your recording, but maybe there were simply more individuals present.
