I took these photos during a lakeside walk today. I thought the raptor is a White-tailed eagle but I'm not sure. Could you ID it and tell me what feature of it helped you to decide?

As for the third photo, is this a yellowhammer?

How about the white tail? Lol (and a massive yellow bill, plus a pale head indicating an adult)
