Hey all, I was asked about this bird of prey seen yesterday by my dads girlfriend, and I’m unsure of what it is. I’ve cropped it a little and tried lightening the picture but I can’t bring out any detail. Can anyone safely ID this bird?E049C1BB-AA1F-40C8-AA12-01EC326F9E57.jpeg

It sure is a TV! As I live close to the intra-coastal waterway everyday both morning and late afternoons I watch dozens of these guys fly over my yard going to and coming from these guys.
