Birdguides app does not work with IOS8 (1 Viewer)

Not bored just trolling...it is possible to go out without pagers or phones and look for your own birds...

Thanks for the insight. Won't entertain this for much longer as need to be in bed fairly early as I intend to be on the Norfolk coast at dawn. Not to twitch (I do that a handful of times a year when I need something for the UK, or Herts). Planning on a trip to Cornwall for a few days after that. Nothing really down there but just hoping and doing some birding. No twitching, pagers, or phones involved. But, as I say, thanks for the input. Goodnight, and happy trolling.

By the way, for the record: BirdGuides got in touch eventually and apologised for not getting back to me.

Doesn't work for me currently. As I mentioned before, it worked perfectly for me for one day only and then stopped. Very strange.

Spoke to Birdguides yesterday and the app is with Apple waiting for approval. They were hoping it would be available by the end of this week.

Have been on Shetland 25th Sept - 16th Oct (up here until 19th) and the Birdguides app is STILL not working! Peed off is an understatement! App auto-renew will be disabled whilst I consider my options of future Birdnews provider.

Been working fine since about Monday when I've been at home, in front of a computer. Now the w/e is here and I'll be out and about, it's decided to give up again. Triffic. What are they up to? :C

Me too, though I had to delete and re-install (didn't automatically update). I'm also getting lots of duplicate alerts (though guess that's better than none).
