I live on the north Olympic peninsula of Washington state. I’ll be traveling to Belize and taking some birding adventures soon. I’m trying to figure out the best way to carry the binoculars

Hi there Sojourner and a warm welcome to you from those of us on BirdForum :)
I'm sure someone will be by shortly to help you out with your question.

Hi Sojourner and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators.

Do you mean while flying? If so, they should be OK in your hand luggage, but you need to check with the carriers as they may insist on them being in the hold. When I tried to take mine on board round my neck, it wasn't allowed as they were classed as a "bag" and I already had the two bags allowance!!

You might want to post this question in the Information Wanted forum: Information Wanted

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.
