I will be spending a week birding Itatiaia National Park and nearby areas the end of September. I have no idea what temperature to expect during this season or any idea what the weather is likely to be.

Help greatly appreciated.

It should be warm and humid during the day: mid-upper 80s (Farh.)
In the high parts it may drop down to the low fifties at night and dawn. This is the end of the dry season in that part of Brazil so there will be a chance of rain almost everyday. Thus take a light sweater and some rain gear. It will be cooler in the higher parts, warmer in the lower, even warmer if you get down to Ubatuba and other points along the coast.
