Hi -this time a bird of prey - I can see a clear V-tail here, but the plumage ..... - is it a marsh harrier ?(Podhale area, today)

Yes it is Michal, some yellow around the head and a much plainer upperwing just two of the differences with Black Kite.

I can't. I think you're just looking at misplaced tail-feathers creating a slight gap - or one missing.
